The Terms of Service can be modified or amended by LoveCarReviews, these terms a legally binding agreement made by and between LoveCarReviews and you, personally and, if applicable, on behalf of the entity for whom you are using and of LoveCarReviews services. About Services and Terms

The Services LoveCarReviews offers, allow users (but is not limited) to, find various car listings such as, and view public reviews on these vehicles. The services may include paid listings, advertising or other sponsored information. The services may also combine sponsored information with general unpaid information and may be difficult to distinguish between the two categories of information. Sponsored listing or advertisements may be given priority display over unpaid listings.

To use the services of LoveCarReviews you must be and represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or over and of legal competence to enter into a binding agreement with LoveCarReviews, and are not of otherwise prohibited from using or receiving the services in accordance with these Terms of Service. By using the Services offered by LoveCarReviews on behalf of a third party you are representing to us that you are an authorised representative of that third party and your use of LoveCarReviews services constitutes their acceptance of these Terms of Service.

LoveCarReviews provides Services that enables other people to display their own vehicles. LoveCarReviews uses these people for listing the accuracy, completeness and honesty of these listings. Under no circumstances does LoveCarReviews endorse and/or have any other connections with the users that post their listings with us.

LoveCarReviews may periodically modify and supplement these Terms of Service, with or without notice to you. It is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms of Service for changes.

Using LoveCarReviews Services

Subject to complying with the terms and conditions of this Terms of Service, LoveCarReviews grants you with limited, non-exclusive rights to use LoveCarReviews services, and any of the content and materials which are made available to you in connection with your use of LoveCarReviews Services, only for your non-commercial, informational purposes and for such other purposes (and subject to further limitations) as may be provided in this Terms of Service (including any additional terms applicable to a particular Service) or any instructions for use that LoveCarReviews may provide periodically.

Using LoveCarReviews Services does not give you any rights to use trademarks, service marks, trade dress, trade names or LoveCarReviews marks used in connection with our Services, without express permission from its owner.

LoveCarReviews protects and defends its rights with its intellectual property however it may not be aware of unauthorized use of LoveCarReviews marks by a third party, due to this we recommend not relying on any third party using any LoveCarReviews marks in determining whether a third party is affiliated with LoveCarReviews as such use may be unauthorised.

You may use the Services and materials or content which have been made available to you through your use of LoveCarReviews only as expressly permitted by these Terms of Service and in a manner that does not interfere with LoveCarReviews rights or ability to provide its Services or any third party's rights or ability to use LoveCarReviews Services. You may not (but not limited to): violate, transgress or infringe any rights of any party, attempt to bypass, interfere with or disrupt the security, provision or use of the Services, impersonate any other person or entity, use a false identity or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity (this includes LoveCarReviews), attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the Services, engage, directly or indirectly in any type of unsolicited communications, collect, manually or through an automatic process, information about other users without them giving their consent or other information relating to the Services, submit false or misleading information to LoveCarReviews, violate any laws or rules and regulations, use any of LoveCarReviews marks or other portions of the Service this includes meta tags or other hidden text in advertising, promotions or for other commercial purposes, use the (website: https://lovecarreviews.com) domain name or any domain that is similar to this or any other LoveCarReviews domain name as a similar return e-mail address for any communications that you transmit for another location or through another service, link to or "frame" any LoveCarReviews website including but not limited to deep linking portions of LoveCarReviews website or overlay content of the Services, conduct script searches or use search results of the Services in a manner that results in the automated display of any material or information through a third party website, use the services LoveCarReviews Services to compile information about a listing for use in connection with a competitor or another service, take any actions which may undermine the ratings or reviews or similar processes under the Services or assist any third party in engaging in any activities which are prohibited by these Terms of Services. LoveCarReviews has the right but are not obligated to monitor the Services for the purpose of determining whether your usage is in compliance with our Terms of Service.

LoveCarReviews has the right to change or discontinue any of its Services at any time without notice or liability to you or any third party.

Comments

To leave a comment on the website, you need to sign up for an account and be signed in.

Deleting comments

If you have left a comment, it is not possible to delete this. If you would like your comment to be removed from any reason, please contact us, and we will endevour to remove your comment as soon as we possibly can. Please keep this in mind when adding comments.

Flagging comments

If a comment is seen as being inappropriate given our rules, and includes a personal attach or insult, it is possible to contact us using our contact form. You should include details of the review and the comment that you would like removed along with the reason you have flagged this.

The moderation process

Our moderation process is applied retrospectively and we regularly review comments to ensure that they are complying with our rules. Whilst we cannot yet guarantee to be able to check every comment, we will ensure that any comments reported to us are moderated by our team.

Keep Comments as brief as possible

We do not expect to see war and peace in the comments section. This is the reason why we limit the length of comments added. We do however, was commenters to express themselves sufficiently, so we will review this from time to time.

Privacy & impersonation

Respect the privacy of other commenters and don't include personal addresses, email addresses, phone numbers or full names in your post. Do not impersonate another user in your post.

Personal attacks

We make a distinction between lively criticism of an argument, belief or style of writing and attacks on individuals. Comments that are abusive to other commenters will not be tolerated.

Hate-speech and inciting violence

We will not tolerate sexist, racist, homophobic, and other discriminatory language or views. Nor comments which are defamatory, malicious, threatening, false, misleading, offensive or abusive. Comments which incite violence or appear threatening or harassing will also be deleted and those users banned from our site.

Bad language or indecency

Please also refrain from posting any content which could be seen to be indecent, obscene or of a sexual nature.

Links and urls

If you include a link to another site, please be sure the content complies with these community guidelines and is relevant to the topic. Any comments including unsuitable links will be deleted, but we should not be assumed to endorse any link which has not been deleted.

We reserve the right to protect ourselves from legal action by closing comments on videos reporting on ongoing court cases or otherwise. We will also delete comments which we deem potentially defamatory or in breach of copyright. Commenters using another reviewer's comment thread to open discussion on a topic closed to comments will be banned.

Write in English

Unfortunately we are not in a position to offer a moderation service for comments in languages other than English. For simplicity, therefore, comments in languages other than English will be automatically deleted. This also applies to html code.

Breaching our guidelines

Please do not leave comments which are in breach of these guidelines, our Terms of Service or any of our other policies.
